About Us

Disha was formed in 2012 by a group of ladies, to provide a new meaning to Voluntary Social Work and bring about a positive change in the lives of Marginalized groups, especially women and children.

Disha began its activities at the Panchayat Ghar of Village Kajeri, with a Library for children and teen-aged girls, stitching classes, a Grooming and Beautician course and Summer Camps for the personality development of children and girls.
